Wij verbeteren helps companies make their processes clear and efficient again, across ICT, operations, supply chain and production. Their way of working is refreshingly practical: concrete improvement actions instead of thick reports, and one team that handles both the analysis and the implementation. The brand needed to feel just as clear, while still standing next to clients like ASML, Vanderlande and UPS with confidence.
The idea
Real improvement rarely happens overnight. It's a long stretch of steady work, getting structure in place, followed by the moment things clearly start moving upward. That's exactly what the logo shows: a long straight line that turns into an arrow pointing up. The arrow became the heart of the brand. On its own it works as an icon, and repeated it turns into a pattern that feels like constant forward motion.
The details
The colours are deep navy and dark teal for trust and calm, which fits their belief that structure brings peace of mind. Light blue and cyan keep it fresh, and two warm oranges add energy for highlights and calls to action. The lowercase wordmark keeps the tone open and approachable, never stiff.
The final work
The identity now lives on business cards, social media and their website. The brand imagery follows the same thinking. A rowing team moving in sync shows what happens when everyone pulls in the same direction. A chessboard reflects how they work: facts before opinions, starting from data and analysis, and always thinking a few moves ahead.
