Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time designer?
A full-time designer is a big cost, and most growing brands don't have 40 hours of design work every week. With me you pay for the hours you need, from someone who already knows your brand.
How do the hours work?
You get 20 or 40 hours of my time each month. We plan the work together in Trello, and every week I share how many hours I've used, so you always know where you stand.
What happens to hours I don't use? They roll over to the next month. After that they expire, which keeps the plan fair for both of us.
Why is there a 3-month minimum?
The first month is mostly about learning your brand and your audience. In months two and three the work gets faster and better, and that's when you really see the value.
Can you work with my existing brand?
Yes. Most of my monthly clients already have a brand when they start. I follow your guidelines, and if they're missing or a bit messy, I'll tell you and help fix that.
Do you design ads for agencies?
Yes. If you run paid media for your own clients, I can design the creatives while you run the campaigns.
Can I cancel?
After the first 3 months, yes. Just give me 30 days notice.
Do you write the ad copy too?
I design around the copy you or your agency write. I'm happy to suggest headlines, but the copy stays yours. However, I'm happy to refer you to an expert Creative Strategist I work with often.
Do you offer support after a project?
Yes. For 30 days after a project ends, small fixes and questions are included.
