What's included in a brand identity?
A brand concept, your logo and wordmark, colours, fonts, a brand guide and every file ready for print and web. Extras like a website or packaging are quoted separately.
What's the difference between a new brand and a refresh?
A new brand starts from scratch. A refresh keeps what people already recognise, like your name or colours, and updates the rest. After our call I'll tell you honestly which one you need.
Can you only design a logo?
Yes. It works best when you already know who you're for and what makes you different. If that isn't clear yet, I'll tell you before we start.
Can you design my website too?
Yes. I designed the brand and website for Samuroi Media and Bold Bananas, and I built them in Framer. The website comes after the brand is signed off, so it's built on a finished identity.
How long does it take?
Usually 4 to 6 weeks from the first call to your final files. It depends on how quickly feedback comes in and how many extras you need.
Do I own everything at the end?
Yes. Once the project is paid, the logo and all files are yours.
What if none of the directions feel right?
Then we talk about why, and I come back with a new direction. Week 1 is there to make that rare.
